The gate
RehearsalThe launchpad is not open, so the gate only rehearses. Nothing here is a real toll yet.
The rule
How the launchpad will work when it opens. Of our cut of their 4%, 50% will go to the verified humans holding the coin and 30% will buy back and burn $OCTROI.
Coins at the gate
When the launchpad opens, the coins paying the most robot toll show up here, then the busiest.
The coin list starts when the launchpad opens. No coin has launched here yet, so there is nothing to rank. In the meantime, $OCTROI is live on Meteora.
See $OCTROIWhere the 4% will go
This is how the launchpad will split fees when it opens. Every coin launched there will charge one pool fee, the same for everyone. Who gets it depends on who traded.
Percentages are of the trade value. Meteora keeps 20% of every pool fee on the launchpad's pools; the rest will be split by these published rules each epoch, and every split will be in the epoch files on the transparency page.
What $OCTROI will be for
The platform coinWhen the launchpad opens, $OCTROI gets three jobs. Until then it trades as a plain Meteora token.
- $20Launch burn. Every coin launched here will burn about $20 of $OCTROI, for good.
- $10Dividend bond. A verified human will bond about $10 of $OCTROI to share the robot toll on the coins they hold. Locked, not spent.
- 30%Buyback and burn. 30% of Octroi's cut of the robot toll will buy $OCTROI and burn it, every epoch.
Dollar amounts are the published launch parameters; the treasury will price them in $OCTROI when the launchpad opens.
Epochs and the vault
LedgerThe vault opens with the launchpad
Every hour, the keeper will post who is owed what as one public root, and anyone can recompute it from the published files. The vault has to hold every SOL it promises: the program will refuse any root that promises more than the vault holds.
no vault and no epochs until the launchpad's programs are deployed
